Job Title*: Descriptive Job Title

Reference: Your own unique reference

Display Contact Info - Untick this option to hide your contact details (name, telephone and email) from the job details.

Consultant Name - Enter your full name here for communication purposes. If you do not want this displayed on site, then untick the option above.

Telephone - This is not a required field, however we recommend including this for communication.

Email address - Enter a valid email address for where you wish online applications and communications to go to. You will need to complete this field even if you are entering you have the Application URL option. **PLEASE double check that your email is correctly spelt, otherwise applications may not reach you.

Application URL - If you have requested this option from your account manager, enter the full url address (ie http://www.mysite.co.uk/applicationform) of your own online application form. ** PLEASE double check that the url is entered correctly and make sure the landing page is the application form.

Job Type*: Select Permanent or Temporary

Salary Rate*: Not displayed on site but used to return job search results for the correct salary banding. Use the radio button to select a salary/rate type ie Annual Salary/Daily Rate or Hourly rate. Then select the corresponding pay rate.

Salary Description: Displayed on the website to jobseekers. Examples are '£25,000 plus benefits' or 'Competitive salary'. Jobseekers are more likely to respond to an advert with a salary band, as it helps to judge the level of the position.

Location*: Job location can be National, Regional or County. Selecting a location at the County level i.e. Kent will show your job in results for Kent and for Regional searches for South East. The broader the geographical level the more visible your job will be to candidates, but the less well defined the location.

Town/City: Free text. You can specify the town or city where the job is based. This is not a required field however is recommended to refine your response.

Category*: Select from the Category list which is the most related to the specifics of the job you are posting. In order for your postion to be found accordingly, you should select at least 1 from 'Discipline' and 1 from 'Experience' with no more than 10. Selecting a lesser number of categories may produce a low response with good quality, whilst a greater selection may produce a higher quantity but less quality.

Description*: The job description can be input directly into the text area or you can copy and paste from a word processing package. Your text will be automatically converted to HTML (web friendly). Some copy and pasted characters may not be reproduced although your formatting should be retained so check before saving.

Formatting your description
You can format your description with the following: Bold, Italics, bulleted lists and numbered lists. For a double line space - press the return key. For a single space (new line) hold down shift and press return key.

Display Job for: Select the period to display the job. This can be extended at a later date by selecting 'edit' or 'repost job' from the My Postings.

UK Eligible Candidates: Tick this option if the job you are posting requires candidates who MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK

To save changes click Save Job button. If you wish to back out of any changes click Cancel button and you will be redirected to My Postings.
