Show per page
The complete list of Applications is separated into several pages to be more manageable. The number of applications listed per page can be altered to 5,10, 25 or 50.

Moving between pages in the Applications List
Use the 1 2 3 number links and <> links. Up to eleven rolling number links are made available at a time to move through larger lists. The Jump to page control allows rapid linking to any page.

Changing sort order
The default order is alphabetical by Job title. By clicking on the blue column titles the list can be reordered. Possible ordering is by Ref. - sort by lowest number first then alphabetical, App. - sort by lowest application ref. first and Recieved by earliest date first.

Applications Specific Actions

View - clicking on the view icon takes you to the 'View Application Details' page which includes candidate details, contact info and links to CV & Candidate Profile if available. Also shows Recruiter info and brief job details.

N.B. The information on 'View Application Details' page cannot be edited as it provides a snapshot of the Job Application at the time the application was received.
