Clinical Professionals are proud to announce that we have secured two finalist places for PharmaTimes' Clinical Recruiter of the Year competition.
PharmaTimes Recruiter of the Year was created in 2007 to acknowledge work done by recruitment consultants in helping candidates and resourcing managers secure the right people in the right positions at the right time.
The competition is managed by a cross-industry steering committee of senior directors from the Pharmaceutical Recruitment sector, and judged by leaders in the clinical research field. Their role is to ensure the competition accurately reflects the current recruitment environment, and that it measures the most sought-after attributes.
To become a PharmaTimes' Clinical Recruiter of the Year finalist the recruiters were judged on the following criteria:
- The total number of individual candidate/hiring manager nominations
- The individual scores generated
- Successful completion of the Employment Law Exam (pass mark 60%)
Both Alexa Haywood and Vicky O'Mara were shortlisted after receiving excellent online referrals from clients and candidates and successfully completing the online assessments. Only two finalist places are permitted per company, demonstrating Clinical Professionals' commitment to finding the best candidates in the market, and providing an exemplary service and solutions-oriented ethos to all clients and candidates.
After winning First place for this prestigious award in both 2009 and 2010, alongside Second Place in 2009, we hope to make achieve first place for three years running in 2011.

The results will be announced in a rewards evening on the 16th February, we hope to see some of you there.
